For first my nickname is Jachu and for Second iam from Poland, as u noticed Jachu its not english word, I Hope that we will be nice live here together,
So i am suufer for SPD, there is no polish forums in internet with only for SPD's, so i join here, , and even when i writiing this i have angst, its very popular symptom of these SPD . and which is normal for me and my personality, ---when i try to say something on forum ( in reality or in internet forums too , just feel angst) When i will have much more time to write , i 'll write some more about me, and my symptoms, my treatment my story, Of course every here can count on me, i hope that iam will be interested this forum for longer time , so i could maybe use some help for someone and that some information of me can be usefull for somone else and vice versa .
