I was just wondering what kind of therapy other people are in. And what works? For how long have you been in it?
I just speak to my pdoc once in a while, but we're talking about getting me in some *real* therapy. I just don't know what!

You'd have to be a little lucky to get into that kind of therapy, but maybe you can talk to your psychiatrist about applying some aspects of it.
