Show your Creations....

Postby mysteryteacher on Fri Jun 12, 2009 11:38 pm

I asked a person on face book if he thought I might be SPD and he said after looking at my artwork that I might be..does anyone else out there paint, or do sculpures or create anything they would like to share with others.

Dont worry about if you feel your stuff isnt good enough, in art all is good, (apart from people pretending to be mentally ill as a drama project)

Here is mine:

I sold two paintings this week!

I also have other blogs full of mumbo jumbo...
I enjoy reading these posts and look forward to seeing your creations...

Oh! I love your painting of the cat in the tree! And I love the sunsets too! (It's all I ever take pictures of!)
All I ever do is draw anime style characters, I might post some of my stuff up later.

Don't forget you can use PM (private messaging) - that way you don't have to post your email for everyone to see :)

hello mt, you have a great eye for colour and mood, something i evidently lack in all my artistic endeavours, i gave up long ago. i particularly like the italian bay seascape, the colour scheme helps it to allude to the insidious nature of the ocean. good work. kinda wish i had studied art, keep thinkin about enrolling in a class but i dont think i have the talent. keep it up.

Hi No One, thanks for you comments. I actually never studied art, and am terrible with colours... :D ..what I try and do is work with about three at a time, I cant manage more than that really.
I used to do pencil mostly and only started painting when I was about 24...
I beleive every one is an artist, they just have different styles..never give up..! Those styles kind of evolved over the years. The landscapes being more commercial and the Maps, kind of an obsession... 8-) inspired by war and natural dissasters a lot of the time..

Thanx
