What kind of therapy are you in?

Just lay down on our comfy couch... we have a wide selection: behaviour therapy, cognitive behaviour, person-centred, solution-focused or gestalt? Take your pick.

Cash rules everything, and that includes people. Many psychologists only do this to feed themselves and take long vacations to france and the islands and various exotic places. It really is a shame how some people can call therapy paying you big bucks to sit in a room and waste your time. I'm not calling all psychologists bad, but some people associated with therapy should really be ashamed of themselves for using people.

Just a question about therapy...do your therapists, take notes and follow up where you leave of in the next session? Does he/she do progress reports?
How often do you see them?

The Psychologist I saw for 18 months did none of the above. I saw him once a week, but he never continued from where we left off, no progress reports...in my last few sessions I confronted him and asked him why he hadnt...to which he replied....'I dont know' with a rather vague look on his face...he was a Gesthalt Therapist...

Hypnotherapy for me. I see a young woman about the same age as me. It costs a bit extra, but is worth it.
