I like (very) alternative music, but other than that, it's pretty broad. I like Alternative, Folk, Balkan, Etnotech, Rap, Hiphop, Dancehall, etc.

I mean I love Pink Floyd, and other rock from that era.
I also love indie music, for the most part.

I just cannot stand the awful awful pop music these days.
It makes me sick that they all follow the media companies like sheep.

Although I do enjoy the looks on peoples faces when they go through the standard radio playlist asking me if I know any of them.
When they find out I don't know a single one there face does this :jawdrop:

I wonder if Björk could be diagnosed. She is officially the most eccentris star of the world.

I don't think she could be, unless she had trouble coping with everyday life, which she doesn't seem to have. See, this is what separates the diagnosed from the undiagnosed. Everybody will fit the criteria of some mental disorder, but if it is not causing them trouble in their life, then they don't have a disorder.

I'm a fan of Bjork. I own two of her albums and even a poster!

I like any experimental or electronic music. I also enjoy metal and indie.

I prefer metal music(from heavy metal to black metal), classical and folk. I do love so called celtic music, also Loreena. Celts were all over Europe but Gaelic Celtic is my preferrence. I have always felt connection to Ireland and if incarnation was real I would say I have my roots there. I do not know about you others, but music affects me very deeply and sometimes I go into the music like I was in some other plane, the plane of music. Music makes me feel very alive.
I earlier used music as my way to try to tell about my feelings. I just didn't realize that others wouldn't understand.

Why not if you are creative enough.

I prefer metal as well, but I do like industrial music and classic rock. It always makes me feel better.
It is also nice to know that someone else uses metal lyrics to describe their feelings. I have also found from personal experience no one gets it. I like to quote Megadeth, Mushroomhead, Opeth, Iron Maiden and NIN the most.
